Timely replacement of worn parts is the simplest way to avoid unplanned downtime. SupAigrette supplies factory-direct, genuine parts kits for both wear items and critical systems on all-electric golf course and turf equipment.
Backed by the EXCAR e-drive and Robur lithium platform, key components such as battery modules, BMS, controllers, chargers and motors come straight from the original lines. This keeps electrical compatibility and safety, and gives full traceability with stable quality.
Common parts are in stock for fast dispatch, with overnight shipping where carriers allow. Parts remain available after the limited warranty so your machines stay in service.
Installation & Operation Training
Many models are assembled and test-run at the factory so they’re ready to work on arrival. For export, Semi-Knock Down (SKD) and Complete Knock Down (CKD) options are available to balance freight cost and assembly time.

Technical Guidance & Ongoing Support
Whether you’re in Europe, North America, or the Middle East, you can reach us by ticket, email, or phone. We target a first response within one business day (regional business hours and peak seasons may affect this). If a case can’t be closed remotely, we’ll arrange a visit from a certified technician through our dealer/service partners in covered regions.
We provide routine diagnostics and maintenance guidance, emergency breakdown assistance, firmware/parameter support, battery/charger troubleshooting, and help with parts identification and ordering. Customer feedback is captured and used to refine product design and keep training materials up to date.
Logistics & Packaging for Safe Delivery
Each shipment is prepared for export: units are wrapped, braced, and crated in custom wooden cases to prevent movement and protect finishes in transit. For overseas orders, we offer fully assembled, SKD, or steel-rack options to balance freight cost, container use, and on-site assembly time. Lithium batteries ship under applicable hazmat rules (including UN 38.3), with the required paperwork and packing to meet carrier requirements.
Warranty
- Complete machine: 24 months or 2,000 operating hours from delivery, whichever comes first.
- Lithium battery pack (incl. BMS): 5 years, subject to capacity-retention thresholds defined in our battery test procedure and proper use/charging.
- Drive system (motor, controller, onboard charger): 5 years under normal use.
- Accessories & attachments: Covered per their individual terms stated at purchase.
