The Gentle Sound PTO-2500 is a PTO-driven debris blower for golf courses. It runs off your Cat-1/2 compact tractor—no second engine to buy or service. The up/down adjustable outlet lets you dial in the throwing angle for leaves, core plugs and wet clippings. A long rubber-coated rear roller and swivel casters protect turf and keep turns smooth. Inside, a stainless serrated impeller on NSK high-speed bearings with a four-belt drive sits in a split steel housing for quiet running and easy service. Built for early-morning, low-noise work on greens, fairways and paths.

Every high-speed location on the PTO-2500 uses genuine NSK bearings with optimized lubrication and low-friction geometry. They keep the impeller running true at high rpm, cut vibration and sound, stay stable under heat and continuous duty, and help the drivetrain last longer in day-to-day use.

Oversized Rubber-Coated Roller, Built for Turf

An oversized rubber-coated rear roller spreads the load to reduce turf scuffing and compaction while traveling and turning. The thick, wear-resistant coating stands up to frequent support and transport work, runs quieter on paved surfaces or when it meets small stones, and its self-cleaning, non-stick surface resists build-up to keep the job clean.

Powered by your tractor’s 540-rpm PTO, the PTO-2500 doesn’t need a second engine—or a dedicated tow unit—to do the job. Up front, that means a smaller purchase than self-powered blowers, and our optimized PTO design delivers the same on-course results at a lower price point than many imported PTO models. Day to day, you burn less fuel, carry fewer machines in the fleet, and skip engine oil changes, filters, and plug service—leaving only simple belt and bearing checks. Adjustable Outlet for Precise Aiming

The outlet adjusts up or down to match the job. With the machine fully stopped, the operator sets the angle and then gets back to work. Fine-tuning the airflow makes it easier to lift and move leaves, wet clippings, and core plugs—so debris doesn’t stick to turf or paved paths—improving clean-up speed and consistency.
